Located at the base of the Rocky Mountains in Samaria Idaho, Mountain Sage Dachshunds has been breeding beautiful. healthy, long and smooth coat miniatures since 2017. Angie, the first dachshund to be welcomed home here is 7 years old and going strong. The program has increased over the years to include creams, dapples, reds, black & tans, and many more colors and traits. We currently breed long hair miniatures but hope to bring in smooth coats again in the near future. All breeders are genetically tested through Embarkvet.com to ensure the healthiest pups right from the beginning. All are AKC registered.
